Conditions of Use

Disclaimer

Some items sold by HZ Dynamics Ltd may not be legal for road use. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local and national laws and regulations. All fiberglass and carbon fibre parts are supplied without warranty. All goods are sold as is unless otherwise stated. No other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided.

All bonnets require professional installation. Adjustment of latches, hooks, or surrounding panels may be necessary during installation. Bonnet pins are required for safety. Bonnets are not designed to withstand downward force or weight and placing pressure on the surface may result in cracking.

Fiberglass products require preparation including priming, sanding, painting, or moulding. Installation and painting must be carried out by a qualified body shop experienced with body kits and carbon fibre products.


Terms of Sale

HZ Dynamics Ltd strives to supply quality performance products at competitive prices. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Sale Terms

Orders will be processed as quickly as possible; however, HZ Dynamics Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Refunds and returns are governed by our Returns Policy. Special order items require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Certain parts are intended for aftermarket or show use only.

Special Orders

All special orders require a non-refundable deposit. Cancellation of a special order will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Delivery dates are estimates only and delays do not entitle the buyer to compensation, price reductions, or chargebacks.

If special order goods remain uncollected 30 days after arrival notification, the order will be considered cancelled and the deposit forfeited.


Delivery Policy

Orders are dispatched using the most economical delivery method unless otherwise agreed. Typical couriers include TNT and Parcelforce, except for oversized items. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Refused deliveries will incur original delivery charges plus a 30% restocking fee.


Defective Products

Fiberglass parts must be test fitted before painting. Minor adjustments during installation are normal and are not considered defects. Returns for defects require prior approval and photographic evidence.


Delivery Damage & Shortages

All goods are carefully packed, however transit damage can occur. Damage must be noted on the courier’s delivery receipt at the time of delivery and packaging retained for inspection.

Damage must be reported to both the carrier and HZ Dynamics Ltd within 24 hours. While we will assist where possible, we are not responsible for the carrier’s settlement decisions.

Back-ordered items may be shipped separately. Any missing items must be reported immediately.


Returns

Special order items are non-returnable. Installed, painted, modified, or used items cannot be returned. All returns require prior approval and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

Stock items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. A 30% restocking fee applies unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returned goods must be properly packaged and insured. We are not responsible for damage during return transit.

HZ Dynamics Ltd reserves the right to refuse returns if the product differs from the original shipment. Product specifications, pricing and availability may change without notice.


Important Installation Notice

Most performance and lighting products require professional installation. Incorrect installation voids return eligibility. Returns due to installation error or lack of knowledge may be subject to restocking charges.

Returning items not originally purchased from HZ Dynamics Ltd constitutes fraud. Products contain identifying security markings and violations may be reported to relevant authorities.


Payments

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery unless otherwise stated.

Cheques

We accept personal, company and cashier’s cheques. Orders are processed after funds clear, which may take up to 10 banking days.

Cash / Postal Orders

Cash or postal orders may be sent via special delivery at the sender’s risk. Please include order details and contact information.

Credit Cards

We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa and MasterCard. Payment details are securely processed and are not stored by us. Transactions may be subject to security verification.

PayPal

Payments may be made using PayPal or card through our online checkout. Orders are processed once payment confirmation is received.
